Section 9-13-2-183 - "Traffic offense" "Traffic offense" means:
(1) a violation of a statute, an ordinance, a rule, or a regulation relating to the operation or use of motor vehicles; and(2) any violation of a statute, an ordinance, a rule, or a regulation relating to the use of streets and highways by pedestrians or by the operation of any other vehicle.Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-7-2 part.
