Section 8-15-2-28 - Exercise of certain powers by operator

If the authority is a party to a public-private agreement under IC 8-15.5, the authority may authorize the operator under that agreement to exercise any or all of the powers specified in sections 1, 6, 18, and 24 of this chapter, subject to the terms of that agreement.
