Section 8-14-11-6 - "Local bridge" definedAs used in this chapter, "local bridge" means a structure that:
(1) is designed to carry vehicular traffic over or under an obstacle to the normal flow of traffic, including any grade separation, culvert, or approach to a bridge; and(2) is located on a public road in a county highway system that is not part of the federally aided highway system.As added by P.L. 117-1989, SEC.1.
