Ind. Code § 7.1-2-3-25

The commission may authorize the sale of an alcoholic beverage to an officer, or other person legally entitled to purchase it, and the delivery of it to that person on a military reservation or other reservation within this state which is under the authority of the United States government and if the sale and delivery is otherwise lawful.
