Section 7.1-2-3-13 - Prevention of subterfuge

The commission shall have the power to prevent a part of the premises connected with, or in any way used in connection with, a licensed premises from being used as a subterfuge or means of evading the provisions of this title or of the rules and regulations of the commission.
