Section 6-3.1-37.2-8 - Application to corporation(a) A taxpayer that proposes to make qualified investments on a mine reclamation site as provided under this chapter may apply to the corporation to enter into an agreement for a tax credit under this chapter.(b) The corporation shall prescribe the form of the application.Added by P.L. 214-2023,SEC. 2, eff. 5/4/2023.
