Section 5-30-4-4 - Open meetings(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, meetings of a technical review committee must be open to the public and subject to IC 5-14-1.5.(b) A meeting of a technical review committee convened for the purpose of interviewing persons submitting qualifications or proposals is not open to the public.(c) If each member of a technical review committee for a public project is an employee of the public agency that is undertaking the public project, the technical review committee's meetings are not open to the public.Amended by P.L. 166-2011, SEC. 6, eff. 7/1/2011.As added by P.L. 74-2005, SEC.1.
