Section 5-3-1-0.6 - Place of publication(a) For purposes of this chapter, a newspaper or qualified publication is published at the place where the newspaper or qualified publication has its original entry for mail privileges authorized by the United States Postal Service.(b) For purposes of this chapter, a newspaper or qualified publication is considered published at only one (1) place.
