Section 5-26.5-1-7 - "Protective order"

"Protective order" means any order issued by a court that prohibits a person from directly or indirectly contacting, harassing, disturbing, or approaching another person. The term includes an order (as defined in IC 5-2-9-2.1 ) and a protective order from a foreign jurisdiction.
