Section 5-2-6.1-18 - Denial of awards for failure of claimants to cooperate with law enforcement officials

The division shall deny an award of compensation under this chapter if the claimant fails to fully cooperate with law enforcement personnel in the investigation, apprehension, and prosecution of the offender before the date the award is paid.
