Section 5-2-6.1-11.5 - Confidentiality

The following are confidential:

(1) A claimant's:

(A) personal information (as defined in IC 9-14-6-6); and

(B) medical records.

(2) Records obtained during an investigation under section 26 of this chapter that are not publicly available.
