Section 5-14-3.3-16 - Data owner responsibilities(a) This section applies to a data owner only if an Indiana statute requires the data owner to submit government data to a web site owner.(b) A web site owner may require the data owner to submit the government data in an electronic format on a prescribed form.(c) A data owner shall include a link on the data owner's Internet web site to the Internet web site of the web site owner to which the data owner is required to submit government data.Added by P.L. 269-2017,SEC. 6, eff. 7/1/2017.
