Section 5-14-3.3-14 - Immunity of web site owner, employees for disclosure

A web site owner and its officers, officials, and employees are immune from any civil liability for posting confidential information if the information was posted in reliance on a determination made by a data owner about the confidentiality of information on the government web site.
