Section 5-14-3.3-12 - Chapter does not require recording or conversion of data to preferable format

Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter or another statute, this chapter does not require a governmental entity to record information or expend resources for the purpose of computer programming to make or convert data to a format required under this chapter.
