Section 5-10-8.5-0.1 - Application of certain amendments to chapter

The amendments made to section 18 of this chapter by P.L. 124-2008 apply to premiums paid after July 31, 2007, for individual or group health coverage for a retired participant and the spouse and dependents of a retired participant.
