Section 5-10-5.5-20 - Old age and survivors benefits; supplemental retirement benefits; rights and liabilities not affected

Participation in the retirement plan created by this chapter shall not affect the participant's rights and liabilities under the provisions of IC 5-10.1, IC 5-10.2, and IC 5-10.3.
