Section 5-1-3-1 - Definitions As used in this chapter:
(1) "electronic signature" has the meaning set forth in IC 26-2-8-102(10);(2) "obligations" shall include any bond, note, warrant, or other obligation; and(3) "public entity" shall include any political subdivision as defined by IC 36-1-2, state commission, state authority, and all other public bodies corporate and politic.Amended by P.L. 88-2021,SEC. 1, eff. 4/20/2021.(Formerly: Acts1971 , P.L. 40, SEC.1.)
