Section 4-6-9.1-7 - Preemption of local government powers in price gouging emergencies

This chapter preempts the power of local governments to regulate pricing of commodities under a declaration of emergency:

(1) under IC 10-14-3-12;

(2) under IC 10-14-3-13; or

(3) by a local government.
