Section 4-38-5-3 - Age restrictions for areas where sports wagering is conducted(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a person who is less than twenty-one (21) years of age may not be present in an area where sports wagering is being conducted.(b) A person who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and who is an employee of a certificate holder's licensed facility may be present in an area where sports wagering is conducted.
