Section 4-37-8-2 - Use of money The foundation:
(1) shall use money received under section 1 of this chapter to carry out in any manner the purposes and programs under this article; and(2) may deposit money received under section 1 of this chapter in an account or fund that is: (A) administered by the foundation; and(B) not part of the state treasury.Added by P.L. 167-2011, SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2011.
