Section 4-37-3-3 - Chair; board officers(a) The governor shall appoint the chair of the board, who shall serve for a one (1) year term or until the governor appoints a successor.(b) The board shall elect a vice chair, secretary, and treasurer for a term of two (2) years each.Added by P.L. 167-2011, SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2011.
