Section 4-35-9-3.5 - Underage entry(a) A person who: (1) is not an employee of a licensee;(2) is less than twenty-one (21) years of age; and(3) enters the licensee's gambling game facility; commits a Class C infraction.
(b) A person who: (1) is not an employee of a licensee;(2) is less than twenty-one (21) years of age; and(3) attempts to enter the licensee's gambling game facility; commits a Class C infraction.
