Section 4-35-7-19 - Commission approval for wagering on table games(a) The commission shall authorize wagering on table games at each licensee's gambling game facility beginning January 1, 2020.(b) A licensee may not: (1) install more gambling games than the number of gambling games proposed in the table game plan submitted to the commission; and(2) offer more than two thousand two hundred (2,200) gambling games as provided under section 11(b) of this chapter.Amended by P.L. 293-2019,SEC. 37, eff. 7/1/2019.Added by P.L. 255-2015, SEC. 42, eff. 7/1/2015.
