Section 4-35-5-8 - Deposit of fees and recovered investigation costs

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the commission shall transfer:

(1) fees collected under this chapter; and

(2) all investigation costs recovered under this chapter;

to the treasurer of state for deposit in the state general fund.
