Section 4-35-5-2.7 - Revocation of license The commission may revoke a license under this chapter if:
(1) the licensee begins regular gambling game operations more than twelve (12) months after receiving the commission's approval of the application for the license; and(2) the commission determines that the revocation of the license is in the best interests of Indiana.As added by P.L. 233-2007, SEC.21.
