Section 4-35-12-2 - Exercise of power delegated by power of attorney prohibited unless authorized by the commission

A person may not exercise any powers delegated under a power of attorney submitted under IC 4-35-5-9 unless the commission adopts a resolution under section 3 of this chapter.
