Section 4-33-6-4.7 - Development agreement with Vigo County(a) This section applies to the licensed owner of an inland casino operated in Vigo County under IC 4-33-6.7.(b) A licensed owner described in subsection (a) shall enter into a development agreement (as defined in IC 4-33-23-2) with Vigo County.Added by P.L. 293-2019,SEC. 15, eff. 7/1/2019.
