Section 4-33-6-11 - Revocation of license The commission may revoke an owner's license if:
(1) the licensee begins regular operations more than twelve (12) months after receiving the commission's approval of the application for the license; and(2) the commission determines that the revocation of the license is in the best interests of Indiana.As added by P.L. 277-1993 (ss), SEC.124.
