Section 4-33-4-15 - Annual duties of gaming commission The commission shall annually do the following:
(1) Review the patterns of wagering and wins and losses by persons on riverboat gambling operations under this article.(2) Make recommendations to the governor and the general assembly concerning whether limits on wagering losses should be imposed.As added by P.L. 277-1993 (ss), SEC.124.
