Section 4-31-6-2 - Procedures for license applications; license fees; adoption of rules
The commission shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 establishing the following:
(1) Procedures for license applications.(2) The confidentiality of personal information on license applications, including an applicant's date of birth and home address.(3) License fees.
