Section 4-31-2.1-39 - "Sports wagering"

"Sports wagering" refers to wagering conducted under IC 4-38 on athletic and sporting events involving human competitors. The term does not include:

(1) pari-mutuel wagering on horse racing; or

(2) wagering on e-sports.
