Section 4-30-3-14 - Personnel program

The commission shall establish and maintain a personnel program for its employees. Employees of the commission serve at the pleasure of the director and are subject to suspension, dismissal, reduction in pay, demotion, transfer, or other personnel action at the discretion of the director.
