Section 4-30-11-5 - More than one claimant entitled to prize

A particular prize in a lottery game may not be paid more than once. If there is a binding determination that more than one (1) claimant is entitled to a prize, the sole remedy of these claimants is the award to each of them of an equal share in the prize.
