Section 4-3-27-10 - Certification to federal officials of cabinet establishment and membership The state shall certify to:
(1) the United States Secretary of Labor the establishment and membership of the cabinet before the beginning of each period of two (2) program years for which a job training plan is submitted under this chapter; and(2) any other appropriate United States Secretary charged with administering a particular applicable federal program the establishment and membership of the cabinet.Added by P.L. 152-2018,SEC. 1, eff. 3/21/2018.
