Section 4-29.5-12-5 - Class III gaming limitation while compact in effect

The Band may operate Class III gaming only while this Compact is in effect during the Initial Term, a Renewal Term, while any successor or amended Compact is in effect, and for the duration of any period that this Compact remains in effect pursuant to section 4 of this chapter.
