Section 4-23-28-5 - Meetings; subcommittees(a) The commission shall meet on call of the chairperson and at other times that the commission determines.(b) The chairperson may designate subcommittees to meet between commission meetings and report back to the full commission.As added by P.L. 247-2003, SEC.1.
