Section 4-23-25.1-9 - Indiana women's suffrage centennial commission; terms of members(a) Subject to subsection (b), each member of the commission serves until the expiration of this chapter, as provided in section 17 of this chapter.(b) A member appointed to the commission under section 6(a)(1) of this chapter serves at the pleasure of the governor.(c) If a vacancy occurs on the membership of the commission, the appointing authority shall appoint a successor to complete the remainder of the member's unexpired term.Added by P.L. 87-2019,SEC. 1, eff. 4/24/2019.
