Section 4-21.5-2.5-1 - Application

Except as provided in sections 2 and 3 of this chapter, this chapter applies to the resolution of an alleged violation of a state rule or state statute within the jurisdiction of an agency that is discovered in an inspection conducted after June 30, 2017.
