Section 4-20.5-6-2 - Duties of department(a) This section does not apply to enforcement matters that are the responsibility of the state police department under IC 10-11-2-28.(b) The department shall maintain, equip, and operate the following:(1) The state capitol building.(2) The office buildings and other property owned or leased by the state for the use of an agency.As added by P.L. 7-1993, SEC.7.
