Section 4-20.5-1-12 - "State institution"

"State institution" refers to any of the following:

(1) A state institution (as defined in IC 12-7-2-184).

(2) An institution under the administrative control of the Indiana department of health.

(3) A correctional facility under the administrative control of the department of correction.
