Section 4-12-18-7 - Procedure required for the expenditure of discretionary funds

Discretionary funds deposited into the economic stimulus fund may not be expended, transferred, assigned, or otherwise removed from the economic stimulus fund by the state board of finance, the budget agency, or any other state agency except as permitted under the provisions of this chapter.
