Section 4-12-16.3-5 - Local unrestricted opioid settlement account; local abatement opioid settlement accountThe following accounts are established within the fund:
(1) The local unrestricted opioid settlement account. The account consists of money distributed to the account under IC 4-6-15-4(a)(2). Money in the account is continuously appropriated to the office of the attorney general to make the distributions described in IC 4-6-15-4(a)(2).(2) The local abatement opioid settlement account. The account consists of money distributed to the account under IC 4-6-15-4(a)(4).
