Section 36-9-40-2 - Definitions

For purposes of this chapter:

(1) "Sewage disposal system" has the meaning set forth in IC 13-11-2-201.

(2) "System" refers to a sewage disposal system.

(3) "Works board" refers to the works board of a county.
