Section 36-9-27.8-18 - Unpaid assessments constitute lien(a) All assessments that are imposed on an owner of property in a subdivision under this chapter but are unpaid constitute a subdivision drain repair lien on the property as provided in section 19 of this chapter.(b) The priority of a subdivision drain repair lien is established on the date on which the notice of the lien is recorded under section 19 of this chapter.Added by P.L. 139-2018,SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2018.
