Section 36-9-14-5 - Tax levy

The county fiscal body may provide money for the cumulative building fund by levying a tax in compliance with IC 6-1.1-41 of not more than sixteen and sixty-seven hundredths cents ($0.1667) on each one hundred dollars ($100) of taxable property in the county.
