Section 36-9-13-39 - Procedure for awarding contracts(a) All contracts let by a building authority for the construction and equipment of a government building must be let in accordance with the general statutes concerning public contracts.(b) All contracts let by a building authority for the acquisition of a system may be entered into in accordance with the general statutes concerning similar contracts.Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 19-8-4-26 part.
