Section 36-8-27-1 - Definitions(a) As used in this chapter, "firefighter gear" means any clothing designed, intended, or marketed to be a structural firefighting protective ensemble or ensemble element that includes: (7) interface components; and(8) other components used to construct such clothing.(b) As used in this chapter, "PFAS chemical" has the meaning set forth in IC 36-8-10.7-3.Added by P.L. 78-2023,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2023.
