Section 36-3-5.5-8 - Effect of reorganization

If the consolidated city reorganizes under IC 36-1.5, the individual who performs the functions of an office described in section 1 of this chapter for the consolidated city shall comply with the training requirements established by this chapter for the reorganized political subdivision.
