Section 35-50-6-0.1 - Application of certain amendments to chapter The following amendments to this chapter apply as follows:
(1) The amendments made to section 1 of this chapter by P.L. 11-1994 apply only to an offender (as defined in IC 5-2-12-4, as added by P.L. 11-1994 and before its repeal) convicted after June 30, 1994.(2) The amendments made to sections 3, 4, and 5 of this chapter by P.L. 80-2008 apply only to persons convicted after June 30, 2008.Amended by P.L. 63-2012, SEC. 89, eff. 7/1/2012.Added by P.L. 220-2011, SEC. 639, eff. 7/1/2011.
