Section 34-6-2-104 - "Personnel of a peer review committee"

"Personnel of a peer review committee", for purposes of IC 34-30-15, means not only members of the committee but also all of the committee's employees, representatives, agents, attorneys, investigators, assistants, clerks, staff, and any other person or organization who serves a peer review committee in any capacity.
